Responsibilities
- Create standout content: Research and produce consumer-friendly insurance and health education content across web, social, video and ads.
- Drive PR impact: Support interviews, press releases, media pitches and PR campaigns; manage news monitoring and clippings.
- Own SEO/ GEO: Lead keyword research (brand, non-brand, comparison); execute on-page SEO; monitor and optimise via GA4/GSC/SEMrush/Ahrefs; partner with our agency on content gap analysis, link acquisition, and GEO/AI search visibility.
- Run campaigns: Partner with Digital Marketing and Research to plan, execute and measure content/PR/SEO initiatives.
- Build product content: Collaborate with Tech/Brand team on product copy and contribute to UAT for new features.
- Orchestrate partners: Brief and manage agencies and freelancers to deliver on time and on brand.
Requirements:
- Degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Language Studies or related field.
- Experience:
- Senior Specialist: 4–6 years in content/PR/SEO. Finance/insurance or business reporting is an advantage.
- Specialist: 1–3 years with strong samples and growth mindset.
- Languages: Excellent written and spoken Cantonese and English; Traditional Chinese writing preferred.
- Skills: Strong writing/editing; PR writing (press releases, pitches); SEO fundamentals (KW research, on-page, internal linking, basic schema); comfort with data and testing. Bonus: basic design, video shooting/editing, digital PR/link earning.
- Tools: CMS, GA4, Google Search Console, rank tracker, keyword tools (e.g., Keyword Planner/Ahrefs/Semrush), basic HTML familiarity; social scheduling tools a plus.
- Mindset: Curious, proactive, data-aware, collaborative, can-do.
