What You’ll Do
- Reply to customer enquiries via phone, email and WhatsApp
- Help customers with insurance applications, policy changes, renewals, and basic claims support
- Keep clear records of all cases in our system
- Follow up on pending issues and make sure nothing gets stuck
- Handle feedback and complaints calmly and professionally
- Spot problems in our process and suggest better ways to do things
- Support new feature launches and platform updates when needed
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or above, with 2+ years of insurance-related experience
- Good knowledge of Generali Insurance Products (Especially in Travel, Home & Motor)
- IIQE Paper I & II required
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused
- Organized, detail-minded, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Comfortable with digital tools and systems
- Fluent in Cantonese, and able to work in English & Putonghua
