What is Life Points?

Applicable to new purchases and renewals of insurance products (travel, home, fire, domestic helper insurance and more) available for "instant purchase" on the 10Life website
Life Points are earned on the actual cash premium paid (after discount, excluding levy and any portion offset by Life Points redemption), rounded down to the nearest whole number. For example, a HK$100 premium earns 100 Life Points
Life Points can be redeemed off eligible premiums at a rate of 100 Life Points = HK$1
Life Points are credited upon policy issuance. Pending Life Points are not redeemable
Life Points earned in a calendar year will expire on 31 December of the following year
Life Points are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no monetary value
If a policy fails to be issued, the transaction will be voided and any Life Points used will be refunded to the member's account. Once a policy is successfully issued, Life Points earned or redeemed will not be refunded
Upon account termination, all unused Life Points will be forfeited without compensation
10Life reserves the right to forfeit Life Points in the event of account misuse or abuse
10Life reserves the right to amend or terminate this program at any time without prior notice
In case of any dispute, the decision of 10Life shall be final
