Cancer means a malignant tumour, characterised by the uncontrolled growth and spread of malignant cells with invasion and destruction of normal tissue. The cancer must be confirmed by histological evidence of malignancy on a pathology report.

Refers to the lesions confirmed by histopathology that the cancer cells have not penetrated the basement membrane, nor invaded the surrounding tissues of the organs and under the stomata.
