Refer a friend reward

1.    Promotion period: October 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 (both dates inclusive).
2.    Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while quantity lasts.
3.    The Referrer must be an existing client#, OR the Referrer must apply for insurance through 10Life for the first time together with the Referee. 
4.    If the Referrer successfully refers a friend or relative (the Referee) to apply insurance^ (annual payment mode) through 10Life for the first time, meeting following requirements, both the Referrer and Referees are eligible to receive the corresponding ParknShop e-voucher in 2 months after the first policy has been issued and has passed the 21-day cooling-off period.

First-year premium (after discount) → ParknShop e-voucher (each)

•    Tier 1: HKD 3,000 or above → $100 voucher
•    Tier 2: HKD 50,000 or above → $250 voucher
•    Tier 3: HKD 400,000 or above → $500 voucher
•    Tier 4: HKD 700,000 or above → $1,000 voucher
•    Tier 5: HKD 1,000,000 or above → $1,500 voucher
•    Tier 6: HKD 1,400,000 or above → $2,200 voucher

The Referee must complete the application within 30 days from the referral date.

# "Existing client" refers to a customer who purchased insurance through 10Life. If the customer bought single trip travel insurance, via "instant purchase" on the 10Life website, the relevant policy must have been issued for at least 7 days.

^ Applicable only to annuity, life, medical, critical illness, and savings insurance; the policy term for savings insurance must be 11 years or longer.

During the promotion period, if two people apply together ("Applying with a Friend") for a QDAP with a first-year premium (after discount) of HKD 60,000 or above and the policy is successfully issued, both parties will each receive a double reward up to $500 ParknShop e-voucher.

"Applying with a Friend" means the Referrer and the Referee must apply for insurance through 10Life either simultaneously or within 30 days of each other; the Referee must be a new 10Life customer, must not have made any enquiry to 10Life via WhatsApp or WeChat in the past 90 days, and must meet the reward requirements above.

5.    The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount.
6.    10Life reserves the right to change or terminate the Program in full or in part or amend the terms.
7.    10Life reserves the right to make the final decision on any matter in relation to this Program.
