QDAP welcome / buddy rewards

1.    The promotion period is from now until December 31, 2026. 
2.    This promotion is only applicable to new 10Life customers who applied for QDAP between October 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. 
3.    Promotion quotas are limited and available while stocks last. 
4.    Eligible customers must share a selected post from 10Life social media, tag 10Life, and set the post to public; the sharing account must have at least 50 followers. 
5.    Each eligible customer will receive a $300 PARKnSHOP e-voucher within 2 months after the policy is issued and the cooling-off period has passed. 
6.    The Program cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or discount. 
7.    10Life reserves the right to change or terminate the Program in full or in part or amend the terms. 
8.    10Life reserves the right to make the final decision on any matter in relation to this Program.

2.    Rewards are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis while quantity lasts.
During the promotion period, if two people apply together ("Applying with a Friend") for a QDAP with a first-year premium (after discount) of HKD 60,000 or above and the policy is successfully issued, both parties will each receive a double reward up to $500 ParknShop e-voucher. (Original reward: $250 ParknShop e-voucher)

"Applying with a Friend" means the Referrer and the Referee must apply for insurance through 10Life either simultaneously or within 30 days of each other; the Referee must be a new 10Life customer, must not have made any enquiry to 10Life via WhatsApp or WeChat in the past 90 days, and must meet the reward requirements above.
