What is a 10Life membership, and how do I sign up?

You become a member simply by registering for a 10Life online account. Just use your Hong Kong mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) to complete registration.

What are Life Points, and how do I earn and use them?

Life Points is a rewards programme exclusive to 10Life members. You can earn points by buying insurance, referring friends and joining selected activities, then redeem them for premium discounts. For details, see Life Points Programme Terms & Conditions.
(Life Points do not apply to transactions made within the AlipayHK mini-program.)

How does the member referral programme work, and what are the rewards?

You can get your own referral code from your member account and share it with friends. When a friend registers as a member using your referral code or mobile number, they'll receive a $20 coupon. Once your friend successfully buys a policy, you'll also earn a referral reward of 2,000 Life Points (= $20). For details, see Referral Programme Terms & Conditions.
(The referral programme does not apply to transactions made within the AlipayHK mini-program.)

Can I add policies I bought outside 10Life to my member wallet?

This feature isn't supported yet. We're considering adding it later, so stay tuned.

How do I manage my preferences for receiving 10Life promotional messages?

Log in to your 10Life member account and go to the "Communications Preference" settings to manage your preferences and preferred language.

How do I update my contact details?

How do I delete my member account, and what happens to my data?

To delete your member account, please call or WhatsApp us at 3705 1599. We will handle your data in accordance with 10Life's Privacy Policy and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance.
